Polar Playground, presented by Nationwide Foundation

This play area can be found in Polar Frontier next to the brown bear habitat. Take a ride in the tundra buggy or go on an expedition for bears in the Arctic!  

  • April 1 - May 26: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • May 27 - August 13: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • June 17: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. (Zoofari)
  • August 14 - September 4: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. weekdays; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. weekends (including Labor Day)
  • September 5 - October 29: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. (12 p.m. - 5 p.m. during Boo at the Zoo Friday - Sunday)
